Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to VoxyAI and explains what you may and may not do on the platform. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban.

The service is strictly for users aged 18+ (or the age of majority where you live). We prohibit any content involving minors, anyone who appears under 18, or age-play depicting minors. Attempts to process such content will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to authorities.

You may only upload images you own or have explicit permission to use. Do not create or distribute non-consensual intimate imagery, revenge content, deepfakes of real people without consent, or content targeting identifiable persons who have not agreed to be depicted.

You must not use the service to harass, extort, defame, impersonate, commit fraud, bypass technical limits, scrape or reverse engineer the platform, resell access without authorization, or violate applicable law in your jurisdiction.

You are solely responsible for your uploads and generated outputs. We do not endorse user-created content and do not guarantee that outputs will be accurate, lawful, or suitable for any purpose.

We may investigate reports, remove content, freeze credits, and terminate accounts at our discretion. Report abuse to [email protected] or [email protected].

VoxyAI does not incite, aid, or abet unlawful manipulation or dissemination of intimate images of people without their explicit consent.
