By accessing VoxyAI, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for compliance with local laws regarding adult content and AI-generated media.

VoxyAI lets you upload images and generate short videos using templates and AI pipelines. Features, pricing, and availability may change without notice.

You represent that you own or have permission to use every image you upload. You must not upload or request generation involving: • Minors or anyone appearing under 18 • Non-consensual, deepfake, or revenge content • Real persons without their consent (including public figures where restricted) • Illegal activity in your jurisdiction You are solely liable for your uploads and outputs.

Generation consumes credits. Purchased credits are generally non-refundable except where stated (e.g. failed jobs may refund per product rules). Prices and packages may change.

We own the platform, software, and template library we provide. Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you receive a personal license to use outputs you generate for lawful private use unless we state otherwise.

No scraping, reverse engineering, abuse of APIs, account sharing for fraud, or attempts to bypass limits. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES. AI outputs may be inaccurate, unintended, or unsuitable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for content you or other users create. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
